Blog Reborn

Ok ... Guess I'm back to Yugi-Blogging, but this time I'm going solo (at least for now). Many things have happened during the time I was away. The introduction of XYZ monsters, new boosters and starter packs, and new interesting archetypes. Also the release of March 2013 list has made a huge impact on some of the high tier decks - specially Wind-ups - which also introduced a variable form of play styles for those decks or rendered them useless (well maybe not useless but less powerful than before).

In Kuwait, things were a bit smooth and quiet. But last month marked the beginning of new era in this small country. The era of competitive play. A group called TCGQ8 had organized the first Yu-Gi-Oh! Tournament in Kuwait (unofficial of course) which was a great success. A total of 51 participants competed for the title of Kuwait's first Yu-Gi-Oh! Champion, Which is a good start for a first tournament. I hope more of these tournaments emerge in the near future and I also hope that they get the official licenses from Konami to make an official Yu-Gi-Oh! Locals and Regionals, in which they will ultimately lead to YCS Qualifiers. I think this tournament is the reason that inspired me to return to blogging and I hope this success continues to make me push myself more to the limit and produce some solid ideas for deck building.

All in all .... It's good to be back!!! Stay tuned for more contents and deck lists.

Have a good day everyone!
